Delivery

The packaging has been exclusively designed to be delivered through a standard letter box to enhance the element of surprise and avoid the need to have someone at home to receive the gift.

We despatch all orders received before 15.00 hours Monday to Friday on that day by 1st class Royal Mail for delivery the next day which unfortunately does exclude Sundays and Bank Holidays.

It is our mission to ensure that the majority of gifts will be delivered the next day. If you should require the delivery to be an exact date it would be advisable to order a couple of days earlier to ensure that the delivery is on time.

Returns

Due to the nature of the service being offered Sweet Gifts Ltd does not support a returns policy for its products, with all orders being thoroughly checked and collated prior to despatch.

However, in the event of none delivery we must be notified within 7 days to activate an investigation via Royal Mail.
