We try to process all orders, where possible, within 1 – 2 WORKING DAYS. please allow up to 5 days for delivery within the UK. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days, we advise that you contact the office via phone or email.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all deliveries and every delivery comes with free online tracking and SMS/email notifications.

We charge a standard delivery fee on all orders under £24, and delivery is free for orders over £24.

Each invoice will be emailed on the requested email contact, we do not send out a paper invoice unless you specifically request one.

Cancellation of orders
If the order has been placed and dispatched then it is too late to cancel the order.
If the order has not been dispatched it is possible to cancel the order, please contact the office via email or phone ASAP.

We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 30 days of purchase (excluding delivery charges), as long as it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required (for online orders you can use your order confirmation email or dispatch email).
